Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of regalskins.com and any purchases you make through it. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Definitions

• “Item” / “Skin” — a digital in-game cosmetic for Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) offered for sale on the Website.
• “Steam” — the Steam platform operated by Valve Corporation, through which Items are delivered.
• “Order” — a request submitted by you to purchase one or more Items at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• “Account” — the customer account and/or the Steam account and trade link you provide to receive Items.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Website and make purchases. By using the Website you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Nature of the Service

RegalSkins is a retail store: you may purchase CS2 Items from us. The Website is not a marketplace — you cannot sell, list, trade, or deposit Items to us through the Website. All Items are digital goods delivered to your Steam account via a Steam Trade Offer.

4. Account and Steam Trade Link

To receive Items you must provide a valid Steam account trade link and ensure your Steam account is able to receive trade offers (for example, that it is not trade-banned or subject to a Steam trade hold). You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the trade link and for the security of your Steam account. We are not responsible for Items that cannot be delivered because of incorrect information, trade restrictions, or limitations imposed by Steam.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Item prices are derived from live market data and may change at any time before an Order is placed. On product pages the exact price payable is displayed; on listing and category pages an indicative price range may be shown.

We accept payment by major cards and supported wallets (such as Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay) through our third-party payment providers. By submitting an Order you authorise us and our payment providers to charge the total amount shown at checkout. We do not store full card details; payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers.

6. Orders and Delivery

A contract of sale is formed when we accept your Order and confirm payment. We aim to deliver Items instantly via Steam Trade Offer, typically within minutes of a confirmed payment, subject to Steam availability and any trade holds applied by Steam. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order — including where an Item is mispriced, unavailable, suspected of fraud, or where delivery is not possible — and to issue a full refund in such cases.

7. Refunds

Items are digital goods delivered immediately. Our refund rules, including the statutory withdrawal exception for digital content, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, including money laundering or the use of stolen payment methods;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, other accounts, or our systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the Website (for example through automated scraping, bots, or denial-of-service activity);
• resell, exploit, or misrepresent Items or the Website in violation of Valve’s Steam Subscriber Agreement or these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Website and cancel Orders for any breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Falken Systems OÜ and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. “Counter-Strike”, “CS2”, “Steam”, and related marks and in-game assets are the property of Valve Corporation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.

10. Disclaimers

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of Steam or other third-party platforms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or any Order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Order. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Estonian or EU law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence within the EU. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia (Harju County Court), unless mandatory law provides otherwise. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will take effect when posted; your continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
