Questions
Everything you need to know about buying CS2 skins on RegalSkins.
Buying
Buying works just like any online store. Browse the catalogue or use the search and category filters to find the skin you want, open its page to check the exact wear and float, and add it to your cart. At checkout you enter your Steam trade link and pay securely — and the moment your payment is confirmed, the skin is sent straight to your Steam inventory, usually within a few minutes.
Yes. Every skin is delivered directly to your Steam inventory, so you need a valid Steam account with trading enabled and Steam Guard set up. You can complete checkout as a guest without registering on our site, but a working Steam trade link is always required so we know where to send your items.
Yes. The skin you receive matches the exact name and wear condition shown on the listing — Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn or Battle-Scarred. Each product page also displays the item's float value, so you can see precisely how clean the skin looks before you buy. What you see on the page is what lands in your inventory.
Absolutely. Add as many skins as you like to your cart and pay for them together in a single checkout. Each item is then delivered to your Steam inventory as its own trade offer once your payment goes through.
RegalSkins is a store, not a marketplace — for now you can only buy skins here, you can't sell your own items back to us or list them for others. We may add a selling option in the future, so keep an eye on the site for updates.
You should be of legal age to make online purchases in your country, and you must own the Steam account the skins are delivered to. If you're under 18, please only buy with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, your skin is sent to your Steam account as a normal Steam trade offer. You'll get a notification in Steam — open it, check the item, and accept the offer to add the skin to your inventory instantly. Just make sure the Steam trade link you entered at checkout is correct, otherwise the offer can't reach you.
Open Steam and go to your Inventory → Trade Offers → "Who can send me Trade Offers?". Near the bottom you'll find your Trade URL — copy it and paste it into the trade-link field at checkout. We use this link only to deliver the items you've purchased and nothing else.
Most orders are delivered within a few minutes of payment. It can occasionally take a little longer if Steam's trade network is busy or temporarily down, or if your account has an active trade hold. If anything seems stuck, our support team steps in to make sure your skin arrives.
First, check your Steam trade offers and notifications, and confirm that your trade link is valid and your account can receive trades. If nothing has arrived within 30 minutes, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number — we'll track it down and resolve it right away. Contact Us
Delivery can occasionally fail — for example if your trade link is wrong, your inventory is set to private, or your account has a trade restriction. Nothing is lost when that happens: we'll help you fix the issue and resend the trade offer, or give you a full refund if the item genuinely can't be delivered.
Payments & Safety
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Every payment is handled by our secure payment provider, and your full card details are never seen or stored on our servers.
Yes. The entire site runs over encrypted SSL, and all payments are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant providers. For Steam we only ever use official Steam authentication and your public trade link — we never ask for your Steam password and never take control of your account.
Never. No legitimate skin store will ever ask for your Steam password or your Steam Guard codes. We only need your public Steam trade link to deliver items, and any sign-in goes through Steam's own official login. If anyone claiming to be us asks for your password, it's a scam — please report it to us.
If your skin wasn't delivered, contact us and we'll either resend it or issue a full refund — you're always covered if something goes wrong with delivery. Because skins are digital items sent straight to your Steam inventory, orders that have already been delivered successfully can't be refunded, so please review each item before buying.
Account & Steam
No registration is required — you can check out as a guest in just a couple of steps. The only thing you really need is a Steam account with trading enabled, so we have somewhere to send your skins. Creating an account on our site is optional and simply makes it easier to keep track of your orders.
A few things commonly cause this. Make sure your account isn't trade-banned, locked or limited; that the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator has been active long enough; and that you copied the full, current Trade URL (it changes if you ever reset it). If you've checked all of that and it still fails, send us a message and we'll help you sort it out.
Steam may hold a trade for up to a few days if your Mobile Authenticator hasn't been active for long enough or you've recently made changes to your account. This is a Steam security measure and isn't something we control. Keeping the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator enabled removes most trade holds.
If your order hasn't been delivered yet, contact support as soon as possible with the correct trade link and we'll update it before the trade offer is sent. Once a skin has already been delivered, the trade link can no longer be changed for that order.
Yes. Your purchases are tied to the Steam account they're delivered to, not to any single device, so you can sign in to Steam anywhere and find your skins waiting in your inventory. Just keep your Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator handy so trades go through smoothly.
Pricing
All prices across RegalSkins are displayed in Euro (€), including the final total at checkout, so there are no surprise currency conversions on our side.
No. The price shown at checkout is the exact amount you pay — there are no hidden service charges or delivery fees added on top. Your own bank or card issuer may apply a currency-conversion fee, but that's outside our control.
Skin prices can move over time, so the same item might cost a little more or less on different days. Whatever price you see when you reach checkout is locked in for your order, so you always know exactly what you're paying before you confirm.
Skins & Items
Every CS2 skin has a "float" — a value between 0 and 1 that describes how worn it looks, where lower means cleaner and more pristine. Float maps to five wear conditions, from Factory New at the clean end to Battle-Scarred at the most worn. We show both the wear condition and the exact float on each product page, so you know precisely what you're getting.
A StatTrak™ skin has a built-in counter on the weapon that tracks your confirmed kills with it. It's a collector's feature that doesn't change how the weapon performs, and StatTrak™ items are always clearly marked in the name.
There are five conditions: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. They describe how scratched or faded a skin's finish looks — Factory New appears almost flawless, while Battle-Scarred shows heavy wear. Cleaner conditions are usually rarer and priced higher.
No. Skins are purely cosmetic — they change how your weapon, knife or gloves look in-game but never affect damage, accuracy or any other stat.
Yes. Once a skin is in your Steam inventory it's a completely standard CS2 item: you can equip it in-game, keep it in your collection, or trade it with other players under Steam's normal trading rules and cooldowns.
Some listings are Souvenir or other special variants — for example Souvenir skins that originally dropped during official tournaments. They look like the base skin but carry unique markings, and any such variant is shown clearly in the item's name and on its page.
Orders & Support
You'll receive an email confirmation right after checkout, and delivery usually completes within minutes. If you created an account on our site, you can also see your orders in your account area. If anything looks off, our support team can check the status for you at any time.
If your order hasn't been delivered yet, contact support as quickly as you can and we'll do our best to help — for example correcting a wrong trade link. Once a skin has been delivered to your Steam inventory the order is complete and can no longer be changed.
Reach out to support straight away. If the item hasn't been delivered yet, we can usually help before the trade offer goes out. Once a skin has been delivered it follows our standard refund policy, so it's always worth double-checking the wear and variant on the product page before you buy.
You can reach us any time through the Contact Us page or by email at support@regalskins.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours, and most delivery questions are sorted out much faster than that.
